The boardwalk to the beach is directly beside Seaside Haus. Steps from your door you can enjoy the beach walkover, community pool or outdoor entertainment. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at this home. Golf carts do count as vehicles.
