Bay Trees Condos A1 is a studio condo that has been remodeled and redecorated. Tile floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! Large swimming pool, tennis, and pickle ball courts. A private lit fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips, for rent. This condo is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. No Smoking, No Pets.
Bay Tree requires parking passes on all vehicle and wrist bands on every guest enjoying the common areas. These are issued upon check-in.
This rental is not for parties or large groups. Many units are full time owners who enjoy the serenity a boutique condominium provides. Quiet hours will be enforced by security.

• Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: for safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided .
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets per bed. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the unit sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap is provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
