Palacio 202 is steps away from the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium on the second floor has everything you need for a great Perdido Key beach getaway, accommodating six guests.

Comfortable furnishings and calming colors welcome you. The living area has wide open views of the beach and Gulf and comfortable seating for your guests to relax and share the day's beach adventures or kick back to watch a movie on the big-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances lets you cook some of the local seafood or sit and enjoy a meal at the dining table that accommodates your guests easily.

The main bedroom features a king bed with a private bath, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed with a hall-access bathroom. A sleeper sofa is in the living room for additional guests to sleep on.

A washer and dryer in the condo are for guest convenience.

Palacio has an outdoor pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, exercise facilities, and BBQ grills for guests to enjoy during their vacation stay.

Multiple local restaurants serving local cuisine are less than a mile away. The popular Flora-Bama is just a little over five miles west!

Within five miles of this condo, you can enjoy watersports, mini-golf, nature trails, wildlife viewing, fishing, and paddling at Perdido Key State Park and Big Lagoon State Park.

Downtown Pensacola or the Pensacola Lighthouse offers even more fun, just over 16 miles from Palacio.

****Wristbands will be in the condo. These are RFID bands that give you access to the pool and beach. If they are lost, a $50 charge will be assessed.
