Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, TWO living rooms/dining areas and TWO screened in patios plus a fenced in backyard with a large outdoor deck WITH a grill, cornhole & fire pit. The top portion of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a living room and dining area and a 2nd story patio. The downstairs has one bedroom and 1 bath with another living room and dining area and an additional patio. The layout makes it easy for friends and family to spread out and have personal space! Every bedroom and living area has Smart TV's. Only a short five minute stroll to the family friendly Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. Close to plenty of restaurants and activities! Pets are welcome, but please check breed restrictions prior to booking. Trailer and motorcycle parking is allowed. 4 Parking Spots Available. Guests under 25 are welcome with preapproval and security deposit.

Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: Yes during the months of April to September beach chairs are available for rental. Guests need to complete a rental waiver at the property and rental fees for equipment.
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free and up to three vehicles are allowed.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat this property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by removing your trash from the unit.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: MAYBE - We love pets but not all breeds are allowed due to insurance restrictions. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply. The pet fee charged by VRBO is only for one pet under 35 lbs. Additional fees are charged for additional and oversized pets. You will also be required to clean up after your dog both inside and out.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THIS PROPERTY - INCLUDING ALL LEGAL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will keep your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchens are equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: Are early and late checkouts available.
A: YES - The cleaners due charge a fee for this service since it requires them to prioritize the unit and bring in extra staff to have the unit ready in a shorter amount of time.
Q: Does this property utilize security cameras?
A: Yes this property uses two exterior ring cameras and both exits for the use of security. Both cameras point outside of the property and do not recording any footage inside the property.
GUIDELINES THAT GUEST MUST AGREE TO WHEN BOOKING:
The host reserves to cancel the reservation without refund if guests not declared on the reservtion
are brought onto the property. Only guests on the reservation can be at the property.
2. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis due to insurance requirements and require an additional
$250 refundable deposit. Large animals over 40 pounds require an additional $150 fee. Guests must get
approval for pets from hosts prior to reservation. Guests bringing pets are responsible for cleaning up
any droppings. Guests will be charged a clean up fee if animal waste is le on property. The pet fee
collected by VRBO is for one pet. Additional fees apply for additional pets. Per ADA guidelines, a pet
must be under the handler’s control at all times so service animals can’t be le unattended at the
property. If they are le unattended then they no longer qualify as a service animal.
3. No smoking is allowed at the house, on the pao, or on the property. This includes vaping, cigars,
weed, etc... No smoking at all. If a guest violates this rule there is a $300 a day fine for violang this rule.
4. Any unscheduled or unauthorized checkout past 10 am will incur a fee for each hour past the 10 am
checkout.
5. All guests will need to provide ID verification within 24 hours of booking and prior to check in to verify booking age. Guests under 25 must be preapproved and provide a security deposit.
6. Guests complaints automatically give the owner, certified contractor, house cleaner, or other
professional the right to enter to property to address the problem.
7. An additional cleaning fee will be charged to guest(s) that leave an excessive mess in the unit.
8. Each stay requires a security deposit of $250. Guests must send funds for deposit within 48 hours of
booking and prior to check in.
9. Stays over 10 days will require an in person check in, an additional $100 cleaning fee and an
additional refundable security deposit of $250.00
10. Guests understand that if this unit is being booked through the strict refund policy, refunds will not
be given. It is suggested that travel insurance is purchased to protect against flight changes, illness, or
other incidents that may arise.
11. Guests consent to the use of exterior cameras and will not tamper with the camera or internet.
Doing so will cancel the reservation without a refund.
12. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am, so please respect the neighbors. Disturbance complaints
from neighbors will give host the right to remove guests from property.
