Relax down on the couch in the spacious living room, complete with comfortable furnishings, a large TV, and a spiral staircase that leads up to the beautiful loft that boasts two twin beds and a smart TV. You'll be glad to know there is a smart TV in every room! Cook up a heart mealtime masterpiece with the appliances provided in the full kitchen, then check out the balcony area and feel the fresh breeze of the nearby ocean caress your skin. With plenty of on-site amenities right at your fingertips, you'll have plenty of ways to spend some fun outside! Take a dip in the pool for a refreshing swim, simmer down in the hot tub and soothe those worries away, or challenge your friends to a couple of games out on the tennis court. THINGS TO KNOW
There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
