Easily accessible with all rooms are on one level, this home features an open concept kitchen and living area with floor to (vaulted) ceiling windows - providing lots of natural light. Enjoy cooking family meals in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with all the utensils you need, then gather around the dining table while enjoying views of the Columbia Valley & Purcell Mountains.

Retreat to the fireplace to wind down at the end of an adventurous day and stream a movie on the large screen TV or venture onto the huge deck to roast s'mores on the fire-table while soaking in beautiful sunsets and star-gazing.

The luxurious King Master suite boasts glorious views and a walk-in ensuite with double vanity, large soaker tub and a double shower stall.

The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the living space with a full-bathroom between them.
The spacious laundry room is located by the main entrance including additional storage space and a washer & dryer - so pack light!

*Furry friends are welcome at this property (pet fee applies of $25/nt- Max 2 pets) - they will love the amazing trails and the Fairmont Creek located right by the property parking lot - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the Columbia River are both with 5-10 minutes and favourites of ours.
