Good Vibes is a stylish contemporary custom home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to ten. The sun-drenched foyer creates an impressive first impression, while the enclosed veranda provides a peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast. Step into the cozy living/dining area, featuring plenty of natural light, plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a delightful gas fireplace. Your inner chef will shine while preparing delicious meals for the family in this stunning kitchen. Expansive counters and cabinets mean you’ll have plenty of room to create your favorite dishes while taking in the views. A dining table nearby and a breakfast bar with seating for four will easily accommodate your whole crew. The kids can take the bunk room downstairs, while everyone else can head upstairs and take refuge in gorgeous bedrooms designed for relaxation. A generous master suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous spa-like en suite bathroom. Take refuge after days spent exploring in the large tub watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Additional guest suites are just as accommodating with beautiful decor, plush bedding, and en suite baths. Enjoy coastal breezes from the wraparound patio, accessible from the living room and master suite, and you'll find cleanups a breeze with a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience of a 6-seater golf cart located on the property to commute to your destination!

Good Vibes is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Garage is used for entertainment and games. Fully carpeted with a TV to make for a fun environment for families and parties.

Dogs (only) must be under 50 lbs, and the non-refundable dog fee is an additional $300 fee.
