The living area features one regular sofa and one sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and a large sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.
Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, flat screen TV, large closet, and a gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the lake. This room also has its own private entrance to the waterfront balcony.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a 3-teir bunk bed, with a queen, full-xl, and twin sized beds, a dresser, large closet and flat screen TV.
Outside
Out on the waterfront balcony there is a patio table with an umbrella and a gas BBQ grill for your use.

**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.

This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. The Southwood Shores condominium complex is a very popular complex, and for good reason! The complex offers access to a lakeside pool, a clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and private boat launch at no cost to you. It is located just off Horseshoe Bend just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Lodge of Four Seasons, Osage Beach, and many of the most popular bars and restaurants such as Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, H-Toads, Tucker Shuckers, and so much more!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
