Lake Texoma’s Shoreline's Shack, - Large bedrm. Sleeps 6

Looking for the perfect lake vacation experience! Look no further, whether you'er an Angler, Boater, or just enjoying any of the many beaches close by this house has a great location for. We have updated & have all new appliances & furniture. Perfect for a family reunion it has lots of room. We’re only 30 min. drive to Choctaw Resort & Casino if you're wanting to try your luck. We also have a community beach you can fish from or just relax on only a couple blocks away & boat ramps and dock close by at the Elks Club or at the Lighthouse.

You'll sleep well in this large bedroom which has a comfy new queen bed with a new full bed in the loft and there is a futon in the large room so altogether it sleeps 6 people.

Just walking in you’ll see how much fun there is to be had. There a full-size Pool Table and a Foos Ball Table along with a 55" flat screen TV with ROKU. where you can watch your favorite shows with your streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ect.

The Barn is heated/ air conditioned by a mini split HVAC heat pump.

We have reliable Broadband WIFI

In the first upper cupboard by the TV is full of board games and cards. We also have corn hole in the case near the bedroom to play outside. There is a house we rent out as well next-door that sleeps 8 for large groups you can rent both which will then sleep 14. The name to look for is Airbn and a bcom/h/shorelinesbarndominiumonlaketexoma.

Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina and Little Mineral Marina within a few miles away. There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

If you don't already have a fishing license for Lake Texoma you can pick one up at any of the marina..

There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers in front of the Barn. Please don't park in front of the house.

Other things to note:

You have access to the charcoal BBQ grill to grill up some yummy steak;) or a fish fry to eat up all those fish you just caught. Please bring you own charcoal.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with pots and pans, dinner wear, wine glasses, iced tea glasses, juice glasses and many utensils. Whip up a yummy breakfast drink in the blender or have yourself a toasted beagle or toast in the toaster. There is a coffee pot to brew that perfect cup to drink out on the back porch or in one of the Adirondack chairs.

There is no dishwasher so there is a large dish strainer. as well as a stove and microwave are available for your convenience.

We’re only 15 min to Denison where you will find antique stores, a Walmart and many restaurants to choose from. Denison was chosen to be the best little town in America last year. Sherman is less than 30 minutes away where there is lots to do or to commute to and from.

The property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. You may see one of those little pests that manage to squeeze in and we apologize. Upon booking you will experience timely communication and she is available before and during your stay. You will find this home professionally clean and disinfected. This property is monitored by a Nest Doorbell 24/7.
