There is not a driveway but parking is available and free directly in front of the home.

Twin Trees Pizza is by far the best pizza you will ever have. There’s many in town but the one on Avery is the original and unmatched.

Tipperary Hill area is just a short drive and is historically known for its Irish heritage:

Colmans Pub for a Guinness and soak in the history of the area.

Nibsy’s Pub for the best wings in town. Pizza is great too!

Blarney Stone for the Blarney Burger. Amazing and won’t break the bank.

Now and Later is a gastro pup serving craft beer from all over the country. They have the largest selection of beer cans in Syracuse and you can buy them to go.

Plenty more to do in Syracuse as well. Armory Square downtown is another wonderful area to dine and grab some nightlife. You can also jump on the Creek Walk from Armory if you’re looking to walk, run, bike on a designated path through the city.
The house is located on a quiet, friendly street and you will have the entire home to yourself.
Enter into enclosed front porch with chairs to relax and view the neighborhood. The first floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining area and dedicated office area. Large kitchen with all the amenities you need for cooking and dining. 1st bedroom is also on the main level for those with stair restrictions. 2nd bedroom is on the second level and spans the entire lower level. It’s a large open room with a second desk area if you need two designated work spaces. Full size washer and dryer located in basement. Large private fully fenced back yard.
Online Maps will direct you through the city if driving to University, Hospitals or Downtown.

It’s best if you take Willis Ave which puts you right on Rt 690 East and is a much quicker commute without traffic lights.
