The property abuts Blue Brook and enjoys easy access to the VAST trail system, dining options, and convenience stores. Other must-visit attractions include Timber Creek Cross Country Ski, Sitzmark Golf Course, Hogback Mountain Conservation Area, Stratton Mountain Resort, and Bromley Mountain Ski Resort.

As soon as you enter the home, a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings, ski-themed decor throughout, wooden accents, and plenty of windows to let the natural light in. Gather with your family and friends in the inviting living area, beautifully furnished with a rock wood-burning fireplace, a large TV with cable, a DVD player with a monitor and plenty of movies, and comfy sofas and chairs to curl up on. Spend entertaining and cozy evenings by the fire watching a favorite movie or show with your loved ones! When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the beautiful and spacious kitchen with modern appliances, sparkling countertops, and dazzling wooden cabinets. Two dishwashers will definitely make cleaning up a breeze! From here, you have access to a balcony with great vistas, a picnic table to dine alfresco, and a gas grill for warm-weather cookouts. This level also boasts a guest bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
