Renovated Home With Backyard Oasis!

This is a recently renovated modern home with a backyard oasis! The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood that backs up to a greenbelt. It is a 4 bedroom home but only 2 bedrooms are available (so each room gets their own bathroom), making it ideal for two people or couples traveling together. Unfortunately no pets are allowed at this time. All utilities included as well as bi-weekly whole house cleans.

There is an option to rent a room if you would prefer rather than whole house.

The backyard is a hidden gem that you are unlikely to find anywhere else. You can enjoy your breakfast outside, or inside at the breakfast nook, watching a family of deer that typically sleep outside the back fence, squirrels chase each other on the trees branches, or lizards crawling on the patio furniture. If you are a lover of nature and wild animals, this is the place for you!

Each bedroom has a private study area, a movable smart projector that can have a screen as large as 100", a sound machine, blackout curtains, built in closets for more bedroom space, handmade vegan mattress with no harmful chemicals, a coded door lock, real plants and a beautiful mural on the closet doors painted by a local artist.

The house is typically powered exclusively off of solar panels on the roof, depending on guests' energy needs at night, with batteries. This provides peace of mind knowing that you will never lose power in a winter storm or Texas heatwave.

We are huge sustainability and healthy living nerds, so you will find a Berkey water purifier for the healthiest water to drink, an almond cow to make your own favorite plant based milks and goodies, a small indoor composter called Lomi, real plants throughout that help purify the air, zero waste bathroom essentials, plus more!
