With prime location to Redfern Village and only 1.5 miles to the beach, this is the perfect beach cottage for your visit to St. Simons Island.

This original 1960's, 4BR/3BA cottage has several beautiful live oaks canopying the whole property. The main living and dining area has a coastal beachy flair with a large smart tv, a leather couch, and a dining table with enough seating for 6 people. Off the living space is a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional and Keurig coffee maker, a separate ice maker, and all the essentials to cook for a crowd with a view of the backyard. Down the hall is are 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and one has a queen sized bed with a smart tv. These bedrooms share a full bath, located in the hallway, with a tub/shower combo and original 1960's tile. The third bedroom on this side of the house has a king bed, large smart tv and a full ensuite bathroom with original tile and tub/shower combo as well.

On the other side of the home is a laundry room with a wash station, a bedroom and a bonus room. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a smart tv, a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and sliding door allows access to a front patio with a private outdoor shower and sitting area. Across the hall is a bonus room with a couch, a large sectional, a mini fridge and a smart tv. Off the bonus room is a screened in porch overlooking the large fenced in yard, perfect for your sweet pup to roam. The yard is equipped with 4 lawn chairs, a fire pit, and various yard games for the whole family!

Pet fee is $150 for one and $225 for two dogs

GA/FL weekend there will be a $500 refundable security deposit.
