The house is fully available to guests. There is a locked closet under the stairs for the owner.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present the entire stay.No smoking in the property. No pets allowed.

We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s)
