Pelican Landing at Navarre Beach is a Unique Home with a Wonderful location. Easy walking distance to the Sugary White Sands and Turquoise waters of the Gulf or the Serene waters and Soft sandy shores if the Santa Rosa Sound. The first floor of living space includes 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. Also on this level is a large family room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, laundry, Dining room and decks off of the front and back of the home. Each room in the house has its own balcony with sliding door and beautiful views of the gulf or the sound. The second floor of living space has 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed which is a full bed and a twin bed over top. There is also a twin trundle bed that can be easily used if desired. The 2 upstairs rooms are connected by a jack & jill bathroom and a large closet. The ground level has a garage with parking for golf cart, ample beach / sand toys, rafts, boogie boards, Beach chairs, Umbrellas, cooler, beach cart / wagon, kayak, spike ball, corn hole, Multiple beach cruiser bikes and a full size refrigerator for drinks, ice, fishing bait or anything else. All items are for guest use to enjoy. *Optional Golf Cart can be Rented for an additional $100 per night.( Free with 28 day rental) We also provide beach towels, so no need to pack yours from home. A fan can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach access 37B is just around the corner and an easy walk or golf cart ride. See arial view in photos. You can also walk just out the front door and strait across the street for a lovely unobstructed walk to the Santa Rosa Sound. Golf Cart use requires renter to sign golf cart liability release waiver. This rental is optional and once waiver is received, a code to access the Golf cart will be sent to you.
