It has smart TV with HBO max, Disney +, Star +, Prime Video, and Amazon Prime Video accounts included for feee movies, series and sports. It has a private bathroom, the Internet is fast and reliable. There is a terrace on the top of the building with a 360 degrees view of the city. You can do everything walking shopping, tourism, clubbing. I give you a perfectly clean apartments further cleanings have a cost.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc. We can call the water delivery guy to deliver water directly to your apartment door ( He doesn't work on Sundays tough).

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and and towels. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towels have a cost.


Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry two minutes walking from the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

We have a handyman that is on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and from 11am to 6pm. To assist you with any repair or issue you may have. As guests mention in their reviews my response to issues is very fast due to having an actual person in the building who can instantly address issues that may arise.
