Enjoy the shared swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and tennis courts, kayak rentals, ice cream shop, and more!

When you enter this splendid retreat, you will find a welcoming living room, offering the perfect spot to gather around for a conversation, games, or to watch favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace. The chef of the group will love the bright and playful kitchen which is well-equipped for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks, or spark up the grill for some sizzling treats. The covered porch comes with ceiling fans so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails in complete comfort and style.

Sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom on the first floor with an en suite bathroom and three additional bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs bathroom boasts a claw foot tub that is going to be a dream come true after a long day of sightseeing and fun in the sun.

THINGS TO KNOW
Do not run the fireplace for more than two hours at a time.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
