There is not central AC in the unit. Ceiling fans are present in each bedroom and the family room. The property has large windows in each bedroom as well as windows and a sliding glass door with screen in the common areas of the home.

Entering the condo on the second floor, you're greeted by a cozy living area designed to provide both warmth and relaxation. The living room serves as the heart of the home, boasting comfortable seating and a focal point fireplace that invites you to unwind after a day of exploration. Adjacent to the living area, the well-equipped kitchen offers a functional space to prepare meals and gather with loved ones. With modern appliances and ample counter space, cooking becomes a pleasure, whether it's crafting a leisurely breakfast or a hearty dinner.

The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a haven of comfort after a day of adventure. The queen suite is a retreat in itself, featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a tranquil ambiance. The second bedroom offers cozy accommodations with a full sized bed with a twin trundle and easy hall access to the adjacent bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests.

Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
- Parking space for up to 2 vehicles -- one vehicle in paved parking lot and one vehicle in overflow lot
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Laundry Center is in building across parking lot. No cost, and key to access is located in the home.
- Guests returning to Sugar Nest may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be stacked with additional discounts to the rent.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
