Enjoy hours of fun with friends and family playing pool and classic games on our Pacman machine or cozy up by the fireplace on cooler nights. Our large yard also offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Conveniently located near Austin's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, our home is the perfect base for your next Texas adventure.
Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel, we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

Please note that there is a Pet Fee of $100/stay. Please be a responsible pet owner. Guests may incur additional fees if we find excrement or damage from the pets.

The room features a pool table, perfect for some friendly competition, and a classic Pacman arcade machine that will keep guests entertained for hours. The comfortable couches and chairs provide seating for everyone to relax and catch up after a long day of exploring Austin.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to whip up your favorite meals during your stay. The spacious countertops, modern appliances, and ample cabinet space make meal prep a breeze.

Bedrooms:
Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully decorated and features comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. With a king bed in Bedroom 1 and queen beds in Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 there's plenty of room. The bedrooms are also equipped with space for your belongings.

Bathrooms:
The property features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Outdoor Space:
The large front yard is the perfect place to spend some time outside. Relax and enjoy the Texas sun on the porch or play some games on the lush grass.
