The Space:

From the moment you step through the front door or through the garage, it’s easy to see everything that this huge home has to offer to guests. On the ground floor, there’s a ton of space for you and your party to enjoy, with access to a ping-pong table, a wet bar for your favorite cocktails and adult beverages, a closet with a washer and dryer, and even a set of full-sized bunk beds so that you can sleep in style. Head out the patio doors to the patio area, where you can access the hot tub and bask in the gorgeous mountain views while you soak. Or, take a look at the downstairs bedroom, which features another set of full-sized bunk beds to lounge on, and there’s even a full-sized trundle in this room as well.

Up the stairs on the second level is the main living, dining, and kitchen space, whose centerpiece is a huge stone fireplace that’s perfect to relax in front of after a long day of Park City activities. Any chefs in your party will have a grand time in the kitchen, which comes with stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous backsplash above the stove, and a breakfast nook complete with bar seating for 3. Family dinners are a cinch at the dining room table, with room enough for up to 6 guests.

On this floor you’ll also find the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a mounted 42-inch smart TV. This room has an en suite bathroom that boasts a luxurious jacuzzi tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a set of vanities with plenty of counter space. This bedroom also gives guests access to the second story balcony, which features a grill and an outdoor dining table so that you can eat while taking in the sweet aroma of the mountain air.

Head up to the top story of this huge home to get a glimpse of the final bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms is incredibly spacious, boasting a king-sized bed, a living room area, a 50-inch smart TV, and an en suite bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed shower/tub combo and a large vanity. The second bedroom on this top floor has a queen bed, a vintage workstation for you to finish your tasks at, and its own vanity area that leads to an easily-accessible bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the hot tub and other outdoor spaces. There’s also a 1-car garage and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway.

This spacious home can be found in a quiet neighborhood, only a little over a half-mile walk from Jordanelle State Park’s recreation areas and about a mile away from the upcoming Mayflower Resort. This location also puts you only a 4-minute drive from the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley, so even if Park City is a 15-minute drive away, this home is still a close distance to all the skiing and boarding action.

Getting Around:
Park City is just around the bend from this accommodation, full of amazing restaurants, mind-blowing ski runs, and art galleries that will feed your creative side. If you don’t have a vehicle to make the 15-minute trip yourself, Uber/Lyft are always available.
