This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking

Just Okay
Overall it was an okay stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing and upkeep of house was alright. Some things were still dirty but not excessively. The stay wasn’t majorly impacted by the lack of attention to those details but it could’ve definitely made a difference had they been attended to. P.S. the parking should definitely be noted on the listing with a photo included. My car is very low to the ground and unless I was willing to scrape it I had to park on the street. Just something to note for people renting and would have been good to know from the start.

Clean, within close distance to downtown
The property was clean and the management company was very prompt to respond to any issues or questions we had while at the house. The inside has some updates - bathrooms are modern and cute. Some things to consider is that although it’s close to downtown, the properties on the street are not super nice and the property to the left is in pretty bad shape. The house was also very very hot inside despite turning the AC down. It never got below 83 one day. Also the hot tub was dirty and the outside garbage can was full when we arrived and there was garbage in the driveway. Overall the stay was fine for the price and the 2 nights we stayed, if you’re good with some of the above.

Disappointed but I would stay again
I often take 6hr drives to Phoenix. Every year my buddies come out from NY and we see Knicks vs Sun games. We booked this house for Hot tub after long drive. My only request was clean hot tub with fresh water. We arrived and there was gunk and hair stuck on filter at the bottom of the tub in cloudy water. Also dirt/ sand on all the seats. I called Dora who said "people don't follow rules " but someone would clean tub while we were at game. We got back and gunk/ hair was still in bottom and sand on seats. All they did was change water! Now u can cleanly see gunk and dirt. I own a hot tub in a desert and dirt/ sand doesn't get in the tub after its cleaned unless dirty feet go in after. Also backyard had beer cans on the ground and garbage can was filled with smelly garbage. A shame since inside of house was very clean and pleasant. I got plenty of pictures

Questionable neighborhood, but nice place
This cottage had everything we needed (with the exception of a whisk & a can opener!) and our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
