Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. All names need to be cleared at the guarded gate, this also helps to confirm guest count does not exceed the sleep count. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Primary Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Day Bed with Twin Trundle, a 32-inch Toshiba HD television, and a large reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is next to Primary Suite 1 and features two Full-sized Beds and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3 is located across from the hall powder room and features a Full-sized Bed and reach-in closet.

Bedroom 4 is located next to the garage and features a Full-sized Bed and reach-in closet. Bedroom 5 is an adjoining room to Bedroom 4 that features a Full Over Full Bunk Bed.

A bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and a vanity sink is located near the garage.

The hallway powder room is located across from Bedroom 3 and features a vanity sink.

Hidden Havana is minutes from top golf resorts and restaurants and around the corner from the Empire Polo Club where major festivals are held! Interstate 10 is extremely close for a trip to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Other amenities: Ven Casa Vacation Rentals provides a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom items which includes paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and toilet paper. High quality linens, bathroom and pool towels are provided.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING

NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.

PARKING: Space is available for up to 4 cars, including 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No street parking available.

Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway, above the entry gate, front doorbell, and overlooking back patio. All cameras are on exterior of home.

PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.

POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.

AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.

At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
