Southern Birdie: Pool Home 4/3

The Southern Birdie has everything you need for a short or extended stay! Our spacious and centrally located home has a heated pool and plenty of space for the entire family to get their lounge on! We are located on a very quiet residential street with the beaches only a 15 minute drive away!

The home was designed with guest experience in mind! Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with every pot, pan and seasoning you could need! Our pool is stocked with lots of floaties and outdoor dining options to really soak in the Florida lifestyle. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and smart tv offering plenty of privacy!

You will access the home via a smart keypad on the front door - keyless entry!

A very quiet and residential neighborhood that is centrally located in Bradenton

I would definitely recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay at the Southern Birdie.

The home is located on a very quiet residential street. Our neighbor directly next door to us does have a rooster and a macaw parrot - occasionally you may hear their songs while hanging out on the back porch / pool area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home - if it is discovered there will be a charge up to $700 to remove the smell entirely.

Please be gentle with our linens, there will be a charge up to $10 per towel for any excessive damages. Accidents happen and I am ok with them - please just communicate them with me.

No glass should be brought in the pool area - please utilize the plastic ware I offer in the home. If glass is broken in or around the pool area it will cost up to $400 to clean / repair.
