Six individuals sleep comfortably in three bedrooms - two queen beds and one full bed. The fully renovated kitchen is awash in coastal white with marble countertop, sub zero refrigerator, and high end appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Linens, towels and a fully outfitted kitchen make life easy. French doors open to the inviting back yard with two stone patios, propane barbecue, outdoor wood-burning chimney and the she shed with beach chairs and water toys for use. This first-time rental boasts brand new beds and furnishings. There is a whole-house generator, water purification system and humidity control for your comfort. All utilities, lawn care and trash pick up included with short-term rentals.
