- This property is located on a deep channel so the dock is accessible year-round. Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. The boat that is pictured will stay in the slip and is not available to guest during their stay.

-The garage is wired for an EV car charger, but we do not keep one at the property. Please bring your own charger if needed.
