This place has potential, but in my opinion, it isn't ready to be a VRBO, at least for what I expect. Maybe great for hunters. One room has two beds that are on the floor and another room has one bed on a metal mattress frame. The top mattress on the beds are like a camper mattress, all of the beds have plastic coverings on mattress, which is very annoying, but I understand the concept. Just sheets and comforter, no blankets. No toaster, no hand towels in kitchen, very minimal small knives. Very sparsely furnished. No nightstands or dressers, and only a couch and sofa in living room, no end tables. The blinds on the sliding door in the living room area were missing most of the slats so there was a lack of privacy. There was a smart tv, but no internet. There were local stations with antenna, but the reception wasn't great. The yard was full of weeds and pine needles, would have been nice to at least have the weeds sprayed down. The bathroom wasn't too bad. It was small, but the shower worked well. The living room area is big and could be used for some blow up mattresses if you have a big group. We would have loved to utilize the garage, but the overhead doors looked a bit sketchy, so we did not open them. We liked how the garage has overhead doors on both the back and front. Good location, close to lake and not far from the trails. Had a question late at night about using the furnace and the host was very quick at responding.
