Enjoy the roominess of this well-lit and tastefully updated basement apartment. You have your own private entrance with a large living room, full kitchen, new queen-size bed, and spacious cedar closet. The kitchen is ready to use with dishes, pots and pans, etc.
The most exceptional part of this unit is the amount of space it provides (approx. 1000 sq feet), but please be aware that it is a basement. This means you will hear footsteps from above at times; you might see an occasional insect.
The space
The property is centrally located so that many locations, including the downtown river walk, are within walking or biking distance. Lake Pueblo State Park is 10-15 minutes away, and the mountains are a 30 minute drive. There are several windows throughout the unit that provide good natural light, including a large egress window in the bedroom. The kitchen is ready to use with dishes, pots and pans, etc. You have shared access to the front porch with chairs and a table, as well as the backyard with a grill and additional chairs/table.
All tenants are required to be QUIET and CLEAN. No parties or loud events whatsoever. Quieter hours are 10 pm--8 am. Absolutely no smoking/vaping or pets. The only portion of indoor the space that is shared is the laundry room. The first $50 of both the electric bill and gas bill are included in the monthly rent (you should not need to pay anything extra for electric or gas unless you're planning to start a grow house or use a lot of energy in some other way). For heating and cooling, the thermostat controls the temps for the whole house, so there is a possibility the heat or AC might need to be adjusted at times.
