We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one with pull out twin bed and one with 2 bunkbeds

No smoking in the house please. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis and must be approved and a fee will apply.

Hot tub is out of commission.

It is residential neighborhood and we have plenty of space to park in drive way and on the street

By booking you will be accepting to waive liability. The house has stairs and pool and children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Absolutely no noise outside and no disturbing the neighbors at all times. 24/7. In case of complaints you would be evicted without refund.

There are cameras covering the pool and the front driveway. They are motion activated and are checked periodically for your and our security. The ring doorbells do not work. Disconnecting any cameras will result in an immediate visit from the property manager. Do not touch cameras or their power sources.
