The Space:

The wildlife themed home, complete with gas fireplace, comes with the cozy comforts of every amenity needed for relaxing after a day of snowmobiling, skiing and tubing. Explore downtown Grand Lake just a 3 minute drive.

Wind down after a long day of snow filled Rocky Mountain adventures in this light and open cabin style condo. Outfitted with a master suite, second bedroom with twin over queen bunk bed, and a living room sleeper sofa, this rustically styled space is perfect for a couple seeking time away or a family looking for fun.

Spend your days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, snowshoeing Adams Falls or nordic skiing the renowned Grand a lake Golf Course. Go out for a night on the town with just a short drive to shopping and restaurants, or stay in and make dinner using the gas grill on the private patio overlooking the scenic Rockies. Have a family game night by the fireplace, or simply observe the beauty of your surroundings while enjoying a mug of coffee or cocoa on the deck. With a local market only 5 minutes away by foot, you will have everything you need while you are visiting. There’s so much to see and do nearby. We hope you will love this Rocky Mountain Retreat!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire cabin condo. Parking by permit only (only one vehicle per unit), provided inside of the home; there is a $50 replacement fee for lost/misplaced parking passes. Please note, the condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The Neighborhood:
Post office, hiking trail into RMNP boundaries across the street, go karts/bike rentals, and snowmobile rentals nearby and the Mountain Market just a super close drive or walk for just about anything you may need or want to make your stay more comfortable.

Getting Around:
Plenty of sites, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, there is also plenty of parking in town on Grand Ave and Park Ave.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of our neighbors and HOA Rules and Regulations posted inside the home.

On your drive to Grand Lake, there are 2 larger grocery stores. A Safeway located in Fraser and a City Market located in Granby. Both are accessible immediately off of Route 40. The Mountain Market located just a short walk away has all you will need, however, they tend to close early.

Along with the amazing and beautiful views to take in there are multiple multiple hikes within RMNP as well as a small, local hike to Addam’s Falls. The entrance is located down Portal Rd towards the public boat ramp.

For any aquatic needs like boat rentals, kayak or paddle boarding, there are 3 local marinas to choose from, Headwaters Marina and Grand Lake Marina are located just in town on Lake Ave. Your third option is Trail Ridge Marina located about 10 mins down 34, back towards Granby.

Horse back riding is an amazing way to see all that the area has to offer with plenty of trails to explore. In the Grand Lake area there are two options to reach out to, Thunder Horse Outfitters and Winding River Resort.
