Ground Floor

This gorgeous luxury townhome offers a private, fenced patio with grass-turf, lounge chairs, patio table and gas grill, plus bay views.

Inside the property, the ground floor is home to a the first guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bath, desk, mounted television, windows opening to the patio and a wall mounted air conditioning unit with a thermostat control (also available in each room throughout home).

The hallway leads to a staircase to the second floor, plus access to the two-car tandem garage with beach equipment such as chairs and boogie boards.


Second Floor

Stairs from the entryway lead directly into the striking living room with vinyl wood flooring, featuring a pair of fabulous reclining sofas, extra seating and an amazing, extra-wide sliding patio door exiting to a spacious covered deck with bay views and recessed lighting. The patio also contains plenty of seating, perfect for sunsets and entertaining the family.

Next, the kitchen has the same beautiful vinyl flooring, stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, quartz counters with a tile backsplash and white shaker cabinets (throughout the home). Additionally, there is a wooden dining table with a bench seating on one side, and enough to seat eight.

The master bedroom is carpeted and home to a king-sized, Sleep Number IQ bed, wall mounted air conditioning unit, a chest of drawers, attached full bath and a lengthy walk-in closet and a small balcony.

Across the hall is the third bedroom, consisting of a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus a separate single bed, mounted television, bench, closet and wall mounted air conditioning unit.

Finally, there is a stacked GE washer and dryer in the hall closet.

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
