This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
