Take a step back in time with a cozy night staying in our Spartan Camper - brought to market post world war 2 and built by aircraft engineers this historical gem features a mix of original features and modern amenities.

The Space:
Sit back and relax in the living space with a comfortable futon, privacy filmed windows and original wood paneling. Cook a full meal in the functional kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a microwave and coffee pot and gas range.

Sleep soundly in the double bed with fresh linens and blackout curtains provided for your comfort.

The bathroom is small but mighty with a full shower, toilet and plenty of hot water. Fresh towels and soap are provided.

Make the most of the midnight sun by using the brand new BBQ and patio space outside. Bug spray and citronella candles have been provided to help chase away the mosquitos.

Free onsite parking, flexible check-in and high speed Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience

Guest Access:
Please make yourself at home, the trailer and outdoor patio are just for you during your stay. There are some shared yard spaces with the other trailers on the lot.

The Neighborhood:
Spenard is a quirky and eclectic neighborhood of Anchorage with a mix of apartments, home and mobile homes. Located in the center of the city, you'll be close to everything! The trailer is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The street has a few potholes (as do most roads in the city) but is easily accessible all year with a 2wd vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that while we are smoking and 420 friendly smoking is permitted outside only and we request you use the ash trays provided. There is an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking occurs indoors.

There is no onsite laundry but use of the free washer and dryer can be scheduled at a neighboring property at your convenience. Please contact me to schedule a time.

Interaction with Guests:
We love to say hello and have a chat to guests but are happy to give you your space. I am also available for anything you need during your stay. Please reach out via the app with any questions or requests.
