Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys.The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool. The pool area includes an outdoor sofa, sun loungers, a dining table,, a propane grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!

First Floor: There is a dining area and living room with a large screen porch with lounge furniture. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils. This floor also features queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom.

Second Floor: The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a private porch, and a pack-n-play with a mattress. The two additional bedrooms on this level have king beds both with a flat-screen TV. Both rooms share a full bathroom. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Top Floor: The top floor has a hotel-style bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. The highlight of this floor is the large kids' ensuite and playroom, featuring 2 full over full bunk beds each with a twin trundle, one twin over twin bunk bed, game tables, and many other fun surprises.

This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second at the front door.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.
Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
