Come winter, skiing and other winter sports abound in nearby Winter Park, where Winter Park Resort offers plenty of memorable fun. A free bus line just across the street from your home goes to downtown Winter Park and the resort. During summer, Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake offer plenty of outdoor recreation. Other nearby attractions include Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, and both the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

Back at home, get a fire going in the wood-burning fireplace and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Meet up for mealtimes at the attached breakfast bar or gather around the dining table - perfect for snowy or rainy day board games! After exciting days out, take a seat in your living area and stream all your favorite channels on the smart TV. This condo also offers a furnished deck where you can enjoy the view while you savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
