Enjoy an unbeatable location right in the heart of the renowned Huntington Beach and a couple of blocks away from the beach. Pacific City shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Some must-visit attractions include Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza (shopping), Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Huntington Central Park, Huntington Beach Bike Trail, and so much more.

This well-appointed retreat enjoys a welcoming living area where you can spread out comfortably after a day of fun in the sun - curl up on the sofa and stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV or read a good book. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers. A laundry area with a washer/dryer can be found in the kitchen as well. From here, you can easily access the enclosed backyard, which hosts an inviting seating area, a gas grill for summertime cookouts, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Each of the pristine bedrooms offer quality linens for a good night's rest, including the third bedroom which features a dedicated workspace (desk and printer), smart TV for added entertainment, and a full-sized convertible futon/bed for extra sleeping space.

Additional perks include two adult bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, yoga mats, workout items, and a cooler.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
