The home's full kitchen is well-suited for all of your culinary ventures with its ample meal prep space and updated appliances. Dining is made a breeze at the adjacent, large dining table or at the breakfast nook. After eating, gather around the garage's pool table for some playful competition, and throw your dirty clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresher.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
