New furniture & mattresses throughout. If choosing to enter through the front door, you will find the dining room and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes 12 person dinnerware both ceramic & plastic for outdoor eating. All cooking and baking essentials provided to make your morning pancakes, & other favorite recipes. Wine glasses & espresso for the adults & s'mores & fondu set for the kiddos! Sit down in this indoor eating area or choose either of the two outdoor spaces. Don't like walking up steps? Then use one of the two bedrooms on this first level. The first bedroom includes a cozy queen size bed and lovely decor. Guests of this bedroom can sip their morning tea in front of the large bay facing windows or enjoy some early evening beverage of choice with glimpses of the sunset sky. Just next to this queen sleeper room is the second bedroom with twin trundle, easily accommodating an additional two guests. Through the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room/den area with high cathedral ceiling and wide bay window & sliders.
