Casa Ananda Nosara - A Bali Inspired Home

Casa Ananda is a beautiful home located in the heart of K section of Playa Guiones, which is comprised of three private casitas, one main house with a loft, a saltwater pool, a private yoga rancho and a large and luscious garden!
The Bali inspired design sits perfectly in the jungles of Costa Rica. This home sleeps up to 8 people, all with their own private space and air conditioning. This private oasis is perfect for a large family gathering or even a small retreat.

LOCATION
The K section of Guiones is one of the most desirable rental locations. This neighborhood is primarily residential which allows you to enjoy the quiet time away from the more trafficked areas. That said, you are still just steps away from the beach and a short drive (or a 15 minute walk) to the restaurants and shops! The closest beach entrance, Baker’s Beach, is best known for its mellow waves and community sunset gatherings.

ON THE INSIDE
The main house of Casa Ananda is where you will find the communal areas such as the
kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends! Not in the mood to cook? Let us book a private
chef for you and your group and try some of the amazing authentic dishes that Costa Rica has to offer. The main house also contains a sleeping area in the loft with a half bath. There is not a full bathroom in the main house.

In addition to the main house, there are three separate casitas each equipped with a king-sized bed, a large ensuite bathroom with plenty of closet space, a safe, air conditioning, a private outdoor shower and best of all, a large Balinese bathtub! The casitas also have the ability to be opened entirely with surrounding glass doors or kept private with the floor length curtains.

Weekly cleaning services are included for stays of 6 days or more. There is a laundry room onsite for the use of our cleaners only, but we will be more than happy to do laundry for you once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

ON THE OUTSIDE
Casa Ananda has one of the most spacious gardens you will find in the area! Spend your
time relaxing in the saltwater pool between surf lessons and yoga classes. Like to practice yoga on your own? This property comes with its own private yoga Shala!

The wall surrounding the property gives you the privacy you need to enjoy your time away from the excitement of Nosara. There is plenty of parking within the property wall.

The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, there may be noise from construction projects in the area typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm, but can begin as early as 6am. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. There are no lifeguards supervising the pool, so please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Please note that check-ins later than 9:00PM will have a $150 fee, payable upon check-in.
