Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, as well as patios and pool areas (if present). These devices help us protect the property and ensure that neighbors are not disturbed.

Also, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and our neighbors, we have a noise monitoring device in the property. These devices do not record audio or video, but they help us prevent disturbances caused by excessive noise.

You will receive 1 dedicated parking space for free in the parking lot attached to the building. All other cars, will need to park on the street or across the street in the restaurant parking lot. Downtown Birmingham is very accessible by car with plenty of other parking options.
