And having the washer/dryer on the main level is a practical touch, ensuring that laundry duties don't interrupt the enjoyment of the rest of the house. Moving up to the upper level, the large loft overlooking the living and dining rooms offers additional space for relaxation or activities. The custom log bunk bed in the loft provides sleeping arrangements for guests, while the other two bedrooms offer more private accommodations, each featuring custom log bunk beds or a queen log bed and access to a full bath. The inclusion of mini-splits in both bedrooms ensures comfort for all guests, allowing them to adjust the temperature to their preferences. The large front deck is an inviting outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Poconos. Summer barbecues with family and friends would be delightful, with the propane grill conveniently located just outside the kitchen and main door, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. Whether it's soaking up the sun, taking in the fresh air, or simply relaxing with loved ones, the deck offers a versatile and enjoyable outdoor space for guests to unwind and make lasting memories.

Hideout Community: The house has 9 guest/pool passes available to renters. The Hideout community offers several restaurants and entertainment, plus a host of amenities including a private golf course (9 hole), mini golf, swimming (2 heated pools and 3 lakes), tiki bar overlooking the Lake, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, game room, baseball field, basketball courts, rowboats and canoes available to rent, an arts & crafts center, playgrounds and daily activities for kids and families. In the winter you can use the private ski hill, private tubing hill or ice skating rink.

Axe throwing 4m, Paws & Claws (zoo) 5m; Lake Wallenpaupack 10m; Hawley 10m; Honesdale 15m; two major ski areas 30 min; Crossings Premium Outlets 30 min. The house is under an hour away from local ski resorts - Camelback, Big Boulder, Elk Mountain, Montage and Jack Frost.

This house is perfect for a family reunion or to get together with friends. The rental does provide linens. Sorry, no smoking.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
