With 1056 sq ft of tastefully appointed space, you'll have plenty of room to make yourself at home and be cozy during your stay. The kitchen features quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking delicious meals. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. It also features a bar with 4 barstools for extra dining space and a table with 4 chairs. In the living room, there is plenty of seating with a loveseat and a queen pull-out sofa sleeper that offers an additional spot to rest at night.

The living area also features a 65-inch smart TV. The back door leads out to our porch where you can enjoy your favorite drink while you chat about the day's plans. In the master bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed as well. The guest bathroom is in the hallway featuring a tub/shower combo.

This condo is only an 11-minute walk to Toomer's Corner and is a great place to stay for graduation, school visits, Auburn Football, Auburn Basketball, Auburn Baseball or to take in a couple rounds of golf at the Robert Trent Jones Grand National Golf Course.

Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner/lotion per bathroom, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
