Use your private beach entrance to load the beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There are even sand toys for your little ones. Sink your toes into the white sands of Indian Rocks beach, go shelling, work on your tan, swim in the ocean....and it is all just steps away from your vacation home. Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, Dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and soak tub/shower combo. This bedroom is on the third floor.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking: This unit allows 3 parking spots, one in the garage and two in the driveway. If your vehicles are small, you may be able to fit another car in the driveway.
