Once inside, you'll be welcomed by an open living room with a vaulted ceiling, a plush couch, and a 55" flat-screen TV. A dining table for 4 provides a cozy spot for meals, and there's even a desk with a chair, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails while on vacation. The large windows spanning the entire front of the flat offer spectacular waterfront views.

Well-Equipped Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, whether you're cooking up a quick breakfast or staying for a month and cook every day. The flat includes a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a enough grounds to get you started for your stay.

Restful Bedroom:
Retreat to the bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a brand new hybrid mattress for the utmost comfort. A large double closet provides ample storage space, and there's a small ensuite with a sink, shower, and toilet. We've included towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner to make your stay feel just like a spa retreat. Storage, Laundry, and More:
The garage right off the kitchen is equipped with a washer and dryer, providing convenience for your laundry needs. Please note that the laundry is shared with the upstairs unit and is accessed by the exterior garage door for the upstairs unit.

Parking is a breeze with space for 2 vehicles in the gravel parking area to the front of the house.

-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
