Amenities include a pool (heating optional), hot tub jacuzzi, Far Infra-red sauna, and 2GHz Wi-Fi. Both the front and back yards are fully enclosed for ultimate privacy and comfort. 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom with 1 of the bedrooms separated as a private casita with side yard entry way, a private patio, jacuzzi, and separate coded entrance into it's front door. Casita has a 32" TV Amazon Fire Stick. , kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, sink, and Keurig coffee maker. Queen beds with newer mattresses in all three bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a high end pull out sofa with thick mattress. Bathroom in the main house has a large tub/shower combo. Casita bathroom features a large shower and separate tub. There is a portable work desk in the garage. Master bedroom has a 30" TV Amazon Fire Stick. High speed FIOS Wi-Fi internet at the highest speed of 2GHz for all your work and streaming needs.

Kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, microwave, blender, toaster, juicer, air fryer, etc) oven, frig, toaster, microwave, counter broiler, keurig coffee maker, counter wine cooler, food processor, and blender. Newer appliances. Living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 41" Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick.

Swimming pool (heating optional) and Far Infra-red sauna included. Infrared sauna therapy dilates the blood vessels, effectively increasing circulation throughout the body. This increased circulation not only helps remove waste products, but also helps deliver more oxygen and nutrients to the skin and infrared sauna therapy has been shown to have positive effects on blood pressure and heart disease. Color therapy with the Far Infra-red sauna as well. The front courtyard provides a separate area for relaxation, barbequing (propane tank) and just enjoying the star gazing in the evenings. Other things to note:
- Low decimal noise only from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool heating available at $50 per day. Separate hot tub heating available at $25 per day. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees. Please request and pay for the heating in advance in order to properly schedule. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
