The Space:
The space consists of 4 total floors that are all private spaces for the guest.
1st floor (ground floor) is the entryway to the home and a private 2 car garage with direct access from the home.
2nd floor consists of the kitchen, living room, second story patio, full bathroom, dining area, and the Master Bedroom with King bed, desk, walk-in closet and attached full ensuite bathroom.
3rd floor consists of two bedrooms that each have two twin over twin bunk beds with single trundle beds and a third twin over twin bunk bed. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.
The top floor rooftop patio consists of a BRAND NEW hot tub, dining set table and patio set seating that overlooks the Skyline of Columbus.

Guest Access:
Guest(s) will gain access with a smartlock code that is provided with checkin instructions. You have full, private access to the home, as detailed in this listing.

University District one block from High Street. Our location has a walkability score of 100! Amazing restaurants, bars, stores, and entertainment venues are literally steps away!

Getting Around:
The City of Columbus has 5 bike/scooter rental companies so these are always available nearby. COTA is the public transit service and has several bus stops nearby as well. You can walk almost everywhere, but finding a Yellow Cab or Uber is also very easy from this location!

Other Things to Note:
The two car garage is for your private use and is located off of a shared carport area on the ground floor of this home. Additional parking is usually available for a small fee upon guest request. The rooftop of this home is where the hot tub is located and it is also for your private use, as the rooftop is divided into three spaces by a tall wall that creates great privacy.
