-We have a private concierge that will assist you with codes for getting in property and be your contact for your stay.
-The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street, grass or pine straw. We have 4 parking spots in the driveway. Extra vehicles can be parked at the airport for free.
-Pets are allowed for a fee. Two max.
-Pool can be heated for a fee. The yard is completely fenced in, the pool does not have extra gates, fencing.
-The fireplace is only decorative.
-Min age requirement is 25.
