Location:
Villa La Valencia is located on the beautiful Golden Beach in Los Cabos. Its vast expanse is ideal for a walk along the pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez. This beach is located between two famous beach towns in Baja California: Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.

Ocean view:
An ocean view room is not guaranteed as you will have to inquire upon arrival to the resort (based on availability). I will do my best to reserve one at the time of booking but cannot guarantee. Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability.

Booking:
You can contact me directly if you would like to reserve at this property for Studio,1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom. Once I confirm availability, you can then book your desired room. Average price per unit per night not including resort and service fee or all-inclusive plan which you would need to pay or purchase at the resort: (Price varies based on dates and if you want pool or ocean view. Although almost all the pool view rooms at this resort have partial ocean view too)

Studio: $250-300/night

1 Bedroom: $350-550/night

2 Bedroom: $750-850/night

3 Bedroom: $1100-1500/night

3 Bedroom Penthouse: $2500-3000/night

4 Bedroom: $3500-4000/night

Guest access
Access:
Guests will receive full access to everything on the resort. The only thing not included is all inclusive meals which can be purchased for an additional price (3 day minimum is needed). You can purchase an all inclusive plan at check-in. You will have the option to purchase an all inclusive plan that includes drinks as well as food or just a plan that will cover food.

Resort fee and daily service fee will be charged at checkout. Wifi/internet is also an additional charge which you can inquire about at the time of check-in.

Other things to note
A hotel shuttle services are available from the airport which you can book with the hotel at least 2 days prior to your arrival. There is paid parkin g on site if choose to drive or rent a car. The bell hop will call a taxi for you but if you want to use Uber or ride share service you will need to do it yourself. If you do not want to be stuck talking to a timeshare salesperson for hours, I suggest that you do not talk to anyone or do not sign up for any excursions at the airport.

If you choose not to purchase all-inclusive plan at your check-in, I suggest that you pay a visit to the close by grocery store and get whatever you need. Unit has an amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals.
