Bright, brand-new, and full of sunlight, this sleek and modern townhome places you right in the heart of Park City's desirable Silver Creek area. Skier or hiker, remote worker or vacationer, this is the perfect place to find comfort and adventure.

This three-story townhouse is part of a new community in Silver Creek (please note that ongoing construction nearby can sometimes create noise). Getting here couldn't be easier, as - fun fact - there's not a single stoplight on the 35-mile journey from Salt Lake City International Airport. You'll be mere minutes from some of the best mountain sports in the country, with Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and Deer Valley Resort all within nine miles. Park City's historic Main Street - home to an array of restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and the Sundance Film Festival - is only eight miles south.

Each day here begins in the downstairs bedroom, a bonus room with a Peloton rowing machine for your morning workouts. There's also an adjustable standing desk with a printer and WiFi access, just in case you're looking to fit in a bit of work.

You'll have views of the mountain landscape throughout the house - not just from the generous windows but from the outdoor space on all three levels. The middle floor brings together a chic kitchen (with double ovens, a gas range, and a French-door fridge), a dining area, and a living room where you can stream movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace. All three bedrooms - the other two on the top floor with smart TVs - are paired with en suite bathrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
