Additional Spa & Pool Heat fee of $100/day. We must be notified at least 48 hours prior to your reservation if you want to add this and it also must remain on for the duration of your stay.

POOL TEMPERATURE is not guaranteed and dependent upon the outside ambient temperature.

The City of PHOENIX takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.
