Walk-in to an open floor plan with the kitchen to your right. The kitchen contains cooking and baking items for you to enjoy a meal in the condo during your stay. Past the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are down a hall on the left-side of the condo and the dining/living area are in front of you. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the bar. The living area has a sleeper sofa, flat-screen television and balcony access.
When you enter the hall, the second bedroom and bathroom are to the left and the main bedroom/bathroom are to the right. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over double and twin trundle underneath. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The main bedroom has king-size bed and futon sofa (twin-size). There is balcony access and beautiful views from the main bedroom of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks and separate garden tub.

Guest Access:
The Broadmoor does require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
